ORDERING & SHOPPING QUESTIONS

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Click on "Sign In" at the top of any page. Then select, New Shopper and fill in the required information.

 

Q: Where is my order?

A: There are 2 ways to check the status of your order:

If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order any time by viewing your Order History. If you are not a registered user you can track your order here.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: After you have submitted your order, you may be able to cancel your order in its entirety; however, we process orders quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible so you may be unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our normal Return Process.

 

Q: Can I have my order gift boxed?

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide gift boxing at this time. 

 

Q: Do I have to pay tax on my order?

A: Inspired Dezigns is required, by law, to charge sales tax to any order shipped to a state in which we have a store location. Further, in instances where we do not charge tax, you may still be required to submit taxes to your state and/or municipality.

 

Q: Why can’t I search for a certain brand I saw in a store?

A: Some of our values are so incredible that we can’t always share all of the details. In order to keep bringing you unbelievable deals, it’s important we protect our designer relationships. For certain brands, you may be able to SEE the BRAND if you browse the product within the category.
